Delivery Policy
The services on this website are all available online, and can be synchronous interactions (live) or asynchronous (recorded videos or texts). In this way, asynchronous services will be made available immediately after confirmation of payment and synchronous services will be made available on the day and time of the scheduling of the activity, after payment confirmation, in a link made available to the customer via the email informed at the time of purchase and scheduling.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Monthly subscription plans can be canceled at any time by customers, via an option included in their profile, without the need for justification or grace period.
Scheduled services can be canceled up to 48 hours in advance of the scheduled time, in order to have the amounts refunded in full.
In case of request for a new appointment, up to 48 hours in advance, no extra fee will be charged.
In case of cancellation of the scheduled service, the request to the operator for reimbursement of the amounts paid on the credit card will be made within 3 business days, and the reimbursement time to the customer will depend on the terms of the card operator. In case of payment with PIX or bank slip, the amount will be refunded within 7 working days in an account informed by the customer.
Services canceled less than 48 hours in advance will be deducted from the amount corresponding to 50% of the total amount of the paid service. The form and term of reimbursement will follow the same guidelines as above.
